Deadwood Framing

Deadwood Framing recently completed our second and third custom frame job and I realized I totally forgot to post them a wonderful review for their amazing work!

1st Custom Piece: We accidentally tore an Asian scroll my Dad handed down to us. Deadwood Framing successfully repaired the scroll and mounted it in a framed box to prevent any possible future damage. Deadwood was helpful in picking the background box fabric and ensured the box frame could easily be mounted to the wall. The framed box was also made of a heavy duty acrylic "glass" that wouldn't crack easily.

2nd Custom Piece: We took an amazing panorama photo from our Hawaii vacation and printed it as a 6 foot banner. The banner photo turned out better than expected and we knew we needed to get it framed. Deadwood had an amazing metalic blue frame that complemented the banner photo perfectly. Deadwood also thought to use an acrylic glass due to the size of the frame.

3rd Custom Piece: My oldest and sweetest cat passed in 2020. I wanted a memorial frame that included my kitty's collar and name tag, a tuff of his furr, a paw imprint, and a photo of my kitty. The frame I originally picked could not be used since it didn't have enough depth for the items I wanted framed, but Wade suggested a different frame that looked even better. The matting and layout is better than anything I could have imagined. Deadwood even installed a special casing to prevent bugs from getting into the tuft of furr.
